Jeffrey C. Jackson
Managing Attorney
jeff@jjacksonpllc.com
Jeff was born and raised in Houston, Texas. After law school, Jeff had the opportunity to develop his practice in real estate law through a clerkship where he drafted multiple appellate briefs in the area of eminent domain. Within one year of being licensed, Jeff helped brief a case that went up to the Texas Supreme Court. Jeff developed a distrust of large financial institutions after the housing crisis of 2008-2009. Jeff’s desire to help homeowners victimized by predatory banks led directly to the Firm’s specialization in real estate mortgage and consumer law.
Jeff actively participates in Texas legislative action to strengthen consumer protection laws. In his spare time, Jeff enjoys political blogging, reading non-fiction, and traveling with his wife and two sons.
